Questions

Does the price change if we sit in traffic?

No. The fare shown when you book is the fare you pay. Traffic, roadworks and a slower route make no difference. The only additions are changes you ask for on the day, such as an extra stop, and those are agreed before they happen.

What happens if my flight is late?

Give us the flight number when you book and we track it. If you land three hours late, your driver arrives three hours later. There is no charge for the delay.

How do I know the right car has arrived?

You receive your driver's name, photograph, vehicle and registration before the day. You also receive a short phrase. Your driver completes it when you meet, so you can be certain you are getting into the right car.

Can I book a car with a child seat?

Yes. Infant, toddler and high-back booster seats are stocked and fitted at no charge. Tell us the ages when you book and the right seat is in the car when it arrives.
